Minced Beef...I need inspiration

Not much in.Bored of spag bol.I need inspiration for dinner tonight.Any ideas?

Stuffed peppers?
Hambrugers?
Meatballs & spaghetti
Cottage pie
Chilli

???

mince and mash? cook mince with gravy granules and onions then serve with mash and peas.

Keema? basically you curry the mince!

lasagne?

I add curry paste, tin of tom, chopped onion and serve over rice.

Minced beef and onion pie or minced beef wellington? (both from Jamie Oliver's Ministry of Food)

OOh.Thank you all.(drool).Think it'll have to be the cottage pie as I can hide the veg from my fuss-pots.I'll be stocking up on the mince to try the lot tho.

Was going to say fajitas or enchilada, but saw that you need to feed fusspots.
