I really fancy some wraps today but don't know what to put in them.

I don't have any meat in but do have lots of veg, cheese, chickpeas, beans etc.

I always seem to end up doing them fajita style, any other yummy ideas?

erm bake them enchilda style - melt cheese on top

I tried to make some nacho type things once by deep frying pieces of tortlla wrap but I really hoofed it up

sorry not a million miles away from yr suggestion. Mmm making me feel hungry all the same!

Am addicted to wraps atm
My fave it to cover with mayonnaise then cut up cucumber and red onion with chicken. Obv not an option if you're veggie, but I like something crunchy in mine. Maybe some brie?

hummus, falafel and rocket.
tuna mayo and salad.
hummus and grates carrot.
cream cheese, cress, sweetcorn, grated carrot and cucumber.
cold bean chilli with a dollop of sour cream.

I like mine cold:

smear with cranberry sauce from waitrose
cottage cheese
cucumber stripes
cherry toms
alfalfa sprouts
salt
pepper

(normally I put shaved turkey in there but don't feel like eating meat, am pregnant)

goats cheese, red onion marmalade & baby spinach. yummmmm.

I like cooking a massive spicy bean stew - hot with rice one night, as a veg accompaniment the next, then cold in wraps with sour cream.
