A healthy supper using Quinoa?

I'm a pregnant veggie. I like quinoa, obviously it is very nutritious - has anyone got any good savoury recipes for me as I never really know what to do with it. I am thinking something supperish rather than quinoa porridge, which I think is a v dull use of it. Thanks!

Does no one like Quinoa? I had to resort to a Quinoa Bake recipe I found on the web and it's just in the oven. But I think it's going to be really bland...

I serve quinoa with a chickpea and lentil stew

Or it makes a pretty good stuffing for mushrooms (or tomatoes or peppers) - mix with some fried off onions/veg and some grated cheese - very tasty

ah the perils of typing while bf-ing! i mean "mmmmm. rat"
(only kidding. 'meat' is what i meant!)

I use it a lot instead of rice,so with spicey chickpeas,or with a stir fry.

It's nice if you use it for a pilaff style dish - so fry up chickpeas/quorn pieces, onion, pepper in plenty of olive oil, add cooked quinoa and pine nuts, salt, pepper, smoked paprika.
