Alternative to Vino Santo for Tiramisu?

I am making Jamie's tiramisu that calls for Vino Santo which I don't have. I have either french dessert wine or Cointreau, which would be best as an alternative?

marsala is the usual, but poss use the dessert wine? Not sure about orange and coffee flavours together

Marsala is indeed the correct choice. Otherwise, Amaretto works well, although it's a bit sweet.
