Why doesn't she put a weight down? Does anyone know how much her cup of butter is?

Am trying to make her raspberry cupcakes but the conversion bit on her website doesn't state how much a cup of butter is.

Help please!!!!!

Some conversions here....

30g = 1oz
450g = 1lb
30ml = 1fl oz
550ml = 1pt
Cup butter = 240g / 8oz
Cup flour = 120g / 4oz
Cup sugar = 210g / 7oz

We use these conversions at work when converting a recipe
