Dairy & tomato free recipes please

I am looking for some recipes to make for my 9 month old son. He has an allergy to dairy, eggs, tomatoes, citrus fruit & possibly wheat & soya too although not as severe as the others.
I have been making lentil savoury dishes with selection of veg & red split lentils. Chicken casseroles, fish pie (with no milk) & a mince dish but without tomatoes (not too appetising!).
It all seems so boring and every recipe I look at either has some kind of milk/soya or tomatoes in it!
Any suggestions??
Many thanks.

Does he like hummus?

Have you tried mashing avocado pear into veg dishes?

Also there are other lentils - I seem to remember my dc liked continental lentils.

For desserts I cooked fruit (eg strawberries or whatever is in season) with ground rice and a little water and/or breastmilk and then mashed it.

My DD is allergic to dairy and eggs (and used to be tomatoes too but has outgrown that one) so I shall look through our meals and see what I can suggest.

Just a warning about Houmous though - If your ds has all these allergies, he may also be allergic to nuts and sesame. There is sesame paste in houmous (unless you make it yourself) which causes a reaction with my dd.

I'll be back

Ok, just realised that your DS is only 9 months. My dd is 5 now so most of her current meals probably wont be suitable.

When I cooked mince without using tomatoes, I would add lots of chopped up veg (carrots, celery etc) and add a sprinkle of paprika (which doesn't add heat, just a nice flavour) and that would give it a reddish colour which I think looked a bit more appetising than the brownish colour.
