Too much broccoli!

Somehow I have ended up with four large broccolis. All we ever do with broccoli is steam or stri-fry. I'll never get through it all before it goes off. What can I do with so much broccoli? Must be dairy-free.

Soup

Split it into florets, blanch it and freeze it.

You can then use it from frozen as you need.

Cook it all and freeze it in meal sized portions?

Blanch and freeze. Then there's no rush to use it up.

Brocolli cheese or send it to me, I love brocolli!!

Freezer is stuffed. Which is not something to complain about but there isn't room for as much as a broccli floret.

Soup is a sensible idea...but I'm intrigued by wine. Seriously? How?

Broccoli cheese! Steam and then smother with cheese sauce. I much prefer it to cauli cheese.

Also broccoli with gorgonzola mixed into pasta. A few chopped tomatoes mixed in as well is nice. This is AMAZING and particular good for men who like meat with everything. It's so tasty you really don't miss it
