Can I freeze home made cookies/biscuits?

I have muffins and cupcakes in the freezer for lunchboxes, but want to know if it's poss to freeze biscuits or cookies, or do they go all soggy when they defrost?

I am sure you can but just try with one from the batch and see what happens!
