Parsley sauce is traditional with ham, but I'm not sure about it.

Cream with some mustard in it might be nice (admittedly not very healthy!)

Just a bit of mustard of the side, or ketchup for DS.

OhYouBadBadKitten · 06/05/2010 17:26

cranberry is quite nice.

cumberland sauce is nice- delia has a recipe if you google it. Good way of using up left over port from Christmas as well.

Horseradish?

KnottyLocks · 07/05/2010 10:47

Creamy mushroom. Could add a touch of garlic and white wine.

Creme fraiche and wholegrain mustard mixed up and warmed.
Parsley sauce is yum imo.
Basically wot minipie said.
