Cake decorating courses/advice?

Hi there - I was just wondering if anyone knew of cake making/decorating courses in London? I really enjoy baking and my cakes etc all taste pretty good.. but they look like something the cat dragged in. I would love to be able to make a cake and ice it and have it actually look pretty. I try very hard but they invariably look like I attempted it blindfolded.

Any ideas/suggestions would be much appreciated, thank you!

Could you ask in any local cookery/baking equipment shops? They often advertise in my area, also [bit late but maybe for Sept] do any local colleges/schools run short evening courses maybe 8 week ones esp before Christmas

Just "Google" CakeDecoratingCourses. You will find plenty of courses all around the country.

Can't vouch for the classes but the cake decorations shop in Putney does courses. Seen people come out with their efforts and they look pretty impressive.
