Hi. If I have a recipe for a traditional 8 inch cake tin cake, but I want to make it on a bigger scale, or a packet mix and I want to use 2 or more for a bigger deeper cake, will it cook properly or end up hard/burded round the edges?

I would turn down the temp and cook for longer.
Normal sized cakes I generally do at 180c
Banana cake/lemon drizzle ie big or deep I cook at 150c
