Masticating juicer

Am looking at masticating juicers. Anyone out there got one and if so how easy are they to use? i.e. how quick to juice and how easy to clean. In my dreams I would get the Oscar Vital 930 but it is not dish washer proof!
Any one any ideas??

Family i know have this, they do fresh fruit/veg juice daily, they just rinse and reconstruct it.

Thanks money, think that one looks like a centrifugal (?sp) juicer, the ones I am thinking of squash the fruit instead of grating it as it were. You get a better quality of juice with less froth and it keeps all the nutrients intact.
