Bacon with new potatoes

Anyone made bacon with new potatoes, if so, how did you do this,what did you add to make it work?

Any constructive advice would be gratefully received from this novice cook.

I tend to mix crispy bacon chopped red onions and mayo into my new potatoes its really lovely and works with everything.

we saw the Hairy Bikers on Saturday and felt inspired to make Si's Ma's Panhaggerty for tea tonight! You might be able to google this recipe... or finely slice potatoes and layer in a pan with onions, carrots, and bacon ending with potato. Pour over chicken stock (I used veg) and cover pan and cook for half an hour. Then put dish under the grill topped with grated cheese. It was deelish .
