Justr spoilt myslef and bought a prof pro plus but think the bit at the bottom might be missing. there is a black grill thing that is screwed on AT THE LEVEL OF THE SKIRTING BOARDS - SHOULD IT HAVE ANOTHER COVER OVER THAT?

oops sorry

Hehe, we can hear you!

Which model is it? This one?

BrownPaperandString · 02/05/2010 07:25

LOL

It's this one and from the photo it looks like the black strip at the bottom is solid. Do you have one yourself?

Ooh, it's lovely isn't it?!

I have the excel 110 and I bloody love it

I spent loads more on my car and I get absolutely no pleasure at all from that.

So do you think you've got a bit missing? Is the handbook no help?

BrownPaperandString · 02/05/2010 10:00

i'm not sure where my hand book is!
Does yours have the black strip at the bottom and if so - is it solid and neat or can you see the screws etc?

hmm, ours has a cover thing over the bottom - I know because it's loose and shouldn't be!

You can download the manual - does this link work?

Scroll down to page 21 and there's a bit that says "fitting the plinth". Is that any use?

LyraSilvertongue · 02/05/2010 10:37

I have the Rangemaster pro and no, there's nothing to cover the black strip at the bottom.

KAEKAE · 02/05/2010 18:56

I have a Rangemaster toledo and there is just the black strip!

BrownPaperandString · 02/05/2010 23:14

Ah LLW thanks for the link how cool is that. On p.21 that looks like what i've got - so there's nothing covering that then? oh.
