Big pot of Bolognaise, been left out, with lid on since 6 last night. Will it be ok to portion up and freeze?

if it taste fine now you can freeze it.

i would have brought it back to the boil first, but yes.

Normally I wouldn't but have been so upset with myself in the past I did freeze it once. When we came to eat it non of us had any side effects.

If anything it will taste even better. The flavours will be stronger. Same goes for chilli con carne.
