Does risotto keep to eat cold/be reheated???

I love risotto, and have made it regularly, however we never tend to have any left over. Am intending to make a double quantity tonight on the basis that I can have a small bit for lunch and the children can have it (reheated) for tea tomorrow....

Is there a chance that this will work or will it just be like wall paper paste and cloggy and disgusting tomorrow???

Cheers!

hmm not sure it will work tbh.

You could always make risotto balls for tea tomorrow and serve with a salad.
