What can I do with my mushy bananas?

I have 2 rapidly becoming browner bananas on my worktop. I am loathe to throw them away, and so would like ideas to use them up!

I have made banana bread twice in the past 10 days so doen't really want to make that again. Nobody in the house is a big fan of smoothies.

Any suggestions?

Thanks for all the suggestions!

I ultimately decided to make banana and choc chip muffins (OK I know that they're very similar to banana bread, but I had the ingredients in to make them). But I am planning on making Bauer's banana cereal bars when the next lot go mushy (as they invariably will, why is it that if I only buy 3 bananas the kids all suddenly start craving them, but if I buy 12 nobody wants them?)

A small banoffee pie of sorts?

Banana custard? My DD loves this.

Chopped and mixed through a Mullerlight vanilla yog? This is yummy.
