Hi

Got some left over pasta and planning on using it with chicken and salad tomorrow. Can anyone recommend a very easy pasta sauce/dressing that will ulitise ingredients that I am likely to have in/ cheap to buy.

BTW I dont really like tomatoes!

Cheers

Garlic and herb philidelphia. Just mix it in!

Now I could easily do that!

fry half onion till soft, add big glug of white wine, reduce a little. Throw in frozen peas, then any of the following
Double cream
egg yolks
parmesan
philly cheese
creme fraich or sour cream
heat pasta and add, with maybe a bit of water.
Add bacon/smoked salmon?

Creme fraiche and pesto?

A glug of really excellent olive oil, some rocket leaves stirred in so they wilt, some toasted pine nuts, some parmesan shavings and a grind of black pepper.
