Could this meal be re-heated from frozen?

I recently cooked some Potato Hash and froze the left over.

I really fancy it for my tea tonight, would it be ok to cook it from frozen in a tinfoil container on a low heat?

Defrost in the microwave and then reheat?

Though not in the tin foil container of course.
