Bang Bang Chicken ?
Anyone know how to make this

Do you mean the Annabel Karmel recipe? If so:

get chicken breast

put between two bits of greaseproof paper

bang it with a rolling pin so it's a bit flatter ("bang bang!")

Cut chicken into strips

Prepare three bowls: one with some seasoned flour, one with a beaten egg and one with some breadcrumbs. You can add chopped parsley and / or grated parmesan to the breadcrumbs if you want (it's really nice actually).

Dip strips of chicken into the bowls in this order: flour, egg, breadcrumbs.

Shallow fry or grill. Eat.

You can freeze these after they are covered in breadcrumbs but before they are cooked (ie freeze raw) and then take them out of the freezer a few at a time and they cook just like fishfingers.

DD loves them and actually DH and I think they are pretty nice too!

The allegra recipe is amazing taffeta! very good for when you've overindulged... makes you feel all virtueous! whilst still being nice...
