Moro cook books......

Of all the (too many to mention) cookbooks I own, the Moro books are the only ones I've never cooked anything from. Will be putting that right this weekend, but just wondered if any of you had any recipes to recommend/avoid - from the first and second books I think. Thanks.

Think there's a pork in milk recipe in the first one that works quite well - it's been a while since I used it though.

I've got the first one and use it quite a lot in the summer. Recommend the tomato and aubergine pilaf, spiced lamb with humous, and aubergine and pepper salad. I think I've made the flatbread too.

obviously not very popular books then! Thanks NL3 and Carmelita xx

My sister is an ace cook and these are her absolute favourite cookbooks. She loves the yoghurt cake in the first one.

only just found this! we make the fatya all the time. I have all of them, but also have 200 other cookbooks I use so it's hard to remember!

like 120 have lots of cook books and tend to go through phases of using a particular book / cook / style. Most of the tapas things are good - just read through a few recipes or look at the pics - I'm sure you'll find a few you like!!
