What is truly seasonal just now?

From looking at whats in my allotment, I can only think of primavera pasta.

My apsaragus is only showing tiny tips. A few bits of spinach are growing. Kale. Nothing else to speak of.

Any other seasonal suggestions?

Looking at the tractors going past the end of my road to the packing station, its asparagus and spring onions.

You must be further south to have asparagus big enough to eat!

Yes, we have spring onions - well, the bunching onion types. And some Jerusalem Artichokes. They make a nice salad with the onions.

We have asparagus, rhubarb, spinach and purple sprouting broccoli. That's it at the moment.
