What can I do with my packet of mince?

So ahve a pack of mince that needs to feed us for tea tonight but what shall i cook?

Ideas please ladies.

chili
cottage pie
spag bol (or lasagne)

Thanks witch, got lasagne and meatballs in the freezer for aother night this week, We had chips yesterday (and don't have salad stuff) so burgers are out i think. Chilli with no kidney beans? Not sure if dd would be ok with that or if it would be too spicy. Cttage pie looking the best bet.

Have you got curry spices? This is fab and I have made it with beef as well as lamb. It's lovely just stuffed into pitta bread - you don't need nan if you haven't got it/don't want to buy or make it. It's not v spicy and you could leave out the cayenne and chillies if you want to.
