An easy bake/non-bake Mascarpone cheesecake?

Anyone have any good recipes?

i mix a tub of mascarpone with a tub of cream cheese and zest a lemon, squeze in the lemon juice and a few tbsp of icing sugar....

and just mix it all together and place on top of crushed digestive biscuits bound by melted butter

fruit on top!

Mix melted butter with crushed ginger snaps, line a tin with it and fridge it for an hour. Mix a tub of mascarpone with zest of a lemon and about a third of a jar of lemon curd and mix it together and then put ontop of biscuit base, zest a bit more lemon to make the top look pretty and fridge for another few hours.

A homemade fruit compote would be divine with it, maybe made from frozen mixed berries.
