Right I am trying to change the way we eat over the hols and have planned out (in writing anyway), a list of meals for the next 2 weeks.

A couple of the recipies ask for fresh bread crumbs though, and sory if i am being thick but how do i do that ??? I have bread obviously but how do i make it into crumbs ??

Have you got a food processor? Process the bread in it for a few seconds to make the crumbs.

Or you can buy breadcrumbs in packets.

Whizz it in a food processor! Or crumble it up with your hands.

I use my mini food processor thing to make breadcrumbs. Very easy.

If you don't have a food processor, you can grate it. You'd need a complete loaf for this, though, rather than slices - unless you want to lose your fingertips!

If you want the sort of breadcrumbs that are used to coat, eg., chicken nuggets, toast the bread first.
