Flapjacks breaking up?

Cause not cooked long enough or cause not pressed down enough?

Hmmmm I wait ten minutes and allow to cool a little and then cut them BUT then leave in tin until completely cool before removing which helps.

Maybe try a little more syrup next time if they're still crumbly when completely cool maybe? I cook mine for about 40 mins usually only.

That's my opinion for what its worth.
