2 egg whites

have got 2 egg whites left over from making a bread and butter pudding.

What shall I do with them - am not really the egg white omlette type

could just add to another egg and attempt an omlette - not great at those.

Any suggestions other than chuck it away?

lol - I have meringues coming out of my ears, 4 massive ones bought for sunday pudding that wasn't needed as my mum bought a GINORMOUS cakey, moussey, strawberry thing with her.

maybe macaroons/pavlova/mousse another time?

each one in a separate bag/container so easy to use if you only need one
