Can I have a cheese dip recipe please?

I need a recipe for DC's lunchboxes please. DD is very fussy so it needs to be cheese only, ie not cheese & onion/ cheese & chive etc. It's for dipping carrot sticks/ breadsticks into so might need to be a bit runny?

I just give mine cream cheese eg Philadelphia for dipping. I am lazy I guess.

Thanks for the reply!! Do you think I could add a drop of milk to make it a slightly bit runnier?

I don't know if it might curdle? I might try mixing with a liitle natural yoghurt instead.
