Strawberry mousse recipe

Kids loves Strawberry mousse but would love to make my own - any recipes out there that are tried and tested. I do know they may contain raw egg, but thats fine

this is a good one to try.

Not technically a mousse but I whip up a carton of double cream & add pureed strawberries (sweetened to taste) plus a few chopped ones.
