frozen peas? Loads of DS's friends eat them.

flapjacks's good, but full of sugar.

Thanks guys, a couple of new ideas there.

Jareth she loves peas but tends to have them quite often with her tea. I love watching her carefully picking one pea in her fingers

If she likes peas, why not make frittata with vegetables, including peas, which you can then serve in wedges cold for a snack.
My DCs love wedges of homemade pizza, frittata or savoury pie as snacks.

Wholemeal pitta, toasted & split into two halves.
Spread with tomato puree or a spoonful of chopped tinned tomatoes. Top with cheese - maybe some ham/olives/sweetcorn etc & pop under the gril to melt the cheese.
Slice into fingers for easier eating. DS used to love this and it's (fairly) healthy.
