Think the one I was referring to was chicken and tarragon, cooked w a lot of white wine. It was pretty good if I remember, but feels so DATED now (dinner parties circa 1994 or summat)

I made it. We liked it very, very much, but we didn't use Riesling. We are 2 adults and a toddler (he didn't get the alcoholic gravy) and we had the leftovers with the left over gravy the next day with some pasta and that was v good too.

i thought it was nice to
good for when you had kids say who just liked chicken or deiters

was very good. Too much 'stuffing' left over so had it with plain chicken. Dh and I had a big reminisce over the riesling - hadn't had any in years!
