Try going to www.bbc.co.uk/food. You can type up to 3 ingredients into the search box and it will show you recipes that use them...

make chilli and I'll eat it

GoldenSnitch · 06/04/2010 20:49

Just had a thought - How about mashing the kidney beans into the mince and making hidden veg burgers?

or bolognaise?

or lasagne?

or enchiladas??

FalafelAtYourFeet · 06/04/2010 20:50

Why not chilli? Sounds perfect!

AvadaKedavra · 06/04/2010 20:52

Fajitas? Don't need to be spicy really. Was going to suggest the burgers too.

Dont eat spices apart from nandos sauce hence no chili recipes.

Mince, crushed beans, eggs, a little bit of flour to bind and some sort of seasoning (mustard, lea and perrins, salt and pepper, herbs, nandos sauce...) make into burger shapes and grill for 10 mins.

Add a chunk of cheese in the middle before you cook and you have cheeseburgers with a gooey, cheesy middle

could do meatballs in a tomatoey/beany sauce....
or just bolognaise (but with kidney beans in it - i often put baked beans in my bolognaises to eke them out a bit)
