Fussy Eater

Hi

I feel so bad - I've got 2 little boys. 4yrs and 2yrs. Older one eats everything and younger one has just become sooo fussy. He used to be great - he would have anything you put in front of him. Now he wont eat pasta, fish pie, spag bol, fruit.
When I write this it doesn't sound that bad - but just worried that it will get worse. Has anyone got any good ideas of how to re-introduce food that once were ok to eat?

Thanks

My second one has done exactly the same but is now growing out of it. I remember one of my friend's sons around the same age only eating white food (no joke). He's fine now, and so will yours be. Just keep offering a variety of food (don't pander totally to his whims) and keep things varied and don't make a big issue out of it - or I think food will then become a stressful issue for both of you. Food charts where you reward 5 a day fruit and veg can also work wonders, but again, concentrate on the positive and don't let dinner time become a battle ground. If you seem relaxed, he will be and one of these days he'll start eating things more normally again. You are doing nothing wrong.
