What oven temp. for easter biscuits please?

About 180 degrees?

My recipe says gas mark 3 which I understand is about 160 degrees, but surely that's not hot enough?

Not sure, but biscuity things tend to cook very quickly, so might be low to stop them burning (like mine always do...)

I've just stuck the dough in the fridge for a bit. I did find another recipe stating 60 degrees so I think I'll go with that, I can always crank up the heat if necessary.

At the moment though I'm having a lovely day doing not much at all. The DCs are being little loves and I'm unusually relaxed
