No hob, struggling with interesting meals using oven & microwave, help !

Due to kitchen being revamped, my gas hob isn't working so any good ideas for interesting meals in oven and / or microwave. Can't boil pasta, make up sauce, gravy etc. I have done veg & rice in microwave & roast meat in oven, need a few ideas as kids r getting bored , thanks everyone!

Sausage casserole -- sausages ,chopped onions ,chopped tinned toms and mixed herbs.

Cut the sausages into 3 and put in an oven proof dish with the onions pour over toms and sprinkle some herbs, cook for 45-60 mins.

I usually serve with mash but I suppose you could use the oven ready mash.

You could do some stuff in the slow cooker too if you have one .

Thanks forgot to add I've a grill also, do I grill sausages before adding to casserole?

I never have but I suppose you can if you want.

baked risotto
toad in the hole
baked eggs zakynthos
roasted veg with cous cous
savoury muffins with salad
stew with cous cous
stuffed mushrooms
stuffed peppers
meatballs
fajitas (marinate in mixture then just grill everything on skewers and heat wraps in microwave)

how to microwave pasta

microwave gravy

microwave cheese sauce

yes i woudl grill sausages or they will be flabby and pink rather than brown and glistening (a bit like me on holiday)
