I made the Jamie one today - the one from Naked Chef the Return with cream etc in. Its not dry at all, promise! We love it, I make it every month. No faffing about with white sauce, brill.

If you want it uber creamy, you could always just add more of all the sauce ingreds.

The Jamie Oliver one from the MoF does sound dry, but it really isn't, and it's really tasty and very very easy.

I wasn't keen on the look of the Jamie one from MOF but liked the idea of putting the fish in the pie raw so I tried it last time with my usual recipe so.....

Wilt some spinach and layer at bottom of dish. Place pieces of raw fish and prawns etc on spinach. Make white sauce (I add lots of chopped up parsley), pour over fish then top with mash. Sprinkle some cheese on top and dot with butter and bake in the oven for at least 30 mins.

It worked great and would do it again
