How do you get clear chicken stock?

I boiled chicken carcass few hours ago and it's really cloudy, I guess it must be all the grease.
Is there a way to clarify it?

I let mine settled and sometimes the grease solidifies on the top, other times it can be skimmed off. Have you strained it?

add an egg white and simmer for a few minutes, then strain through a muslin
