I like my salmon quite plain, steamed, with mashed potatoes and french beans or broccoli.

Overmydeadbody, its just poached salmon and we are having it tonight with salad potatoes and a bit of salad.

It was on offer and the piece is much bigger than I thought, hence the leftovers tomorrow.
