The batteries have finally worn out in my scales and I'm stuck inside with a pukey DS. I want to bake muffins but don't know how to convert and I get confused very easily . The other complication is that I don't actually possess any measuring cups so will need to try and convert say, 200gm flour into x ml. I will use a measuring jug.

Can anyone sort me out please?

Try this

Your converting weight to volume so each ingredient will have a different volume for the weight.

100g sugar = 1/2 C, less 1Tbs
100g flour = 3/4 C, less 1Tbs
100g butter = 1/2 C, less 1 Tbs

Hope this helps, you could try googling the rest.
