Jaffa cake cake

I want to make a jiant jaffa cake cake...

Help... any ideas ladies? Im quite a good baker, have made victoria sponges, that'd make a good base, what about to make it a GIANT JAFFA CAKE

I made a giant jaffa cake last summer.

It was pretty successful.

My advice would be to make the jelly stronger/thicker than the usual instructions. Then the jelly will be as strong/sweet as you are accustomed to with jaffa cakes and it will stay together more successfully when you put it on the cake.
