Garden Cookbook by Sarah Raven - 80 percent vegetarian - my all time fave cookbook.

What sort of food do you like? Madhur Jafrey's World Vegetarian is excellent but leans to the more highly spiced side of life. The 2 World Food cookbooks are good too but also mostly spiced stuff.

Leslie Whatshername (Waters/Walters or something) has one called Broader Than Beans and everything we've made out of that has been v good too.

I like all of these better than Rose Elliot but Supercook is pretty good.

I collect cookbooks and have tons! What do you like? I put loads of tried and loved recipes on my blog. They aren't all veggie, but as it's an organic box blog, the majority are. Try the sundried tomato and butternut squash one and the veggie bolognaise. Both sure-fire winners!
