Hi ladies am after a recipe, not great at cooking at not very inventive at all but we have a fridge full of fresh veg that needs eating and some casserole pork which needs cooking up so any ideas? I am trying to get it going in the morning without leaving the house so using what I have here.....

I have the following:
Casserole pork
celery
onions red and white
green pepper
leeks
spring onion
cabbage
turnip
veg stock cubes

what can I do with the above and can I get a casserole out of it??

thankyou in advance!!

possibly too late - but i do a casserole with pork, tin baked beans, slug tom sauce, garlic, celery, onion, slug white wine, stock cube, cornflour at end if too watery, thyme or mixed herbs. i think you could easily add some of the veg you have as very forgiving recipe
