quick question - how long will cottage pie keep?

defrosted it yesterday, heated it up today, DH is now out tonight so will it be ok to eat tomorrow night?

Probably assuming everything was fairly fresh when it was made and not right at the edge of it's life.

Not sure about reheating twice though. I have done it but not sure if it is a particularly safe thing to do!

thanks, not sure about reheating either. won't eat it myself then just give it to dh
