What can I do with plain flour and dessicated coconut?

I was sure I had everything I needed to make cocnut macaroons so started preparing them. Half way through I discover I don't so I currently have 40g of plain flour and 69g of dessicated coconut in a bowl. Muffins would be the obvious choice but interested in any other ideas. TIA.

Go to a cafe?

nip to shops ?

Can't face anymore shopping. I think I will make muffins and just try and scoop out the coconut and reuse it.

At least my cranberry and white chocolate brownies turned out okay.
