What can I make with some over-ripe bananas?

Banana bread and butter pudding.

Just make as normal but instead of dried fruit put chunks of banana between the bread.

Banana bread/cake. There are recipes for this al over the net. Check out the mumsnet one.

Banana squadge pudding:

Mash bananas and put in a glass bowl
Whip double cream and put on top of bananas
Crumble a Flake on top

banana loaf
or chewy banana flapjack

Oh, it should probably be squodge shouldn't it? Not a word I use much!
