My roasting tins are knackered. I'm looking for some new ones non stick preferably that'll last.
Any recommendations?

TIA

I love my Mermaid roasting and baking tins. Not non-stick, but stuff doesn't stick to it much and it's easy to clean and cooks beautifully.

Love my John Lewis roasting tins. Again, not non-stick, but they come up clean every time with a soak before going in the dishwasher. I think that the non-stick ones just aren't as durable as normal roasting tins.

The trouble with non-stick roasters is that, with one or two exceptions, the coating will not cope with the direct heat from the hob when making gravy. Anodised ones like Mermaid (and another make I know but probably cannot say) have no coating, as such, so will not blister. They should last you for life.
