red onions to be used up any ideas?

have a few white one's too but have no idea what to do wiuth them all!

my sister made a gorgeous red onion chutney for us at christmas, she had to buy stacks of red onions for that.

or drizzle with olive oil and bake in the oven until they are all sticky and serve as a side dish to pretty much anything!

make a gravy with them and freeze for when you're next having sausage and mash or toad in the hole
caramelised onion tart is also rather lush too

Or onion marmalade?
