I need recipes that include dried banana chips - I have a huge bag and don't know what to do with them

Are there any recipes that I can use these things in? They stay so dry, so don't work very well in muffins etc, but I have wondered if I could rehydrate them in fruit juice then include them in cakes maybe? Any ideas/links for me please?

if you crush them they are actually nice in muffins and cookies.

or as a topping for ice cream... or possibly actually used to make ice cream but haven't tried this one.

I put them onto breakfast cereal in the morning, just crumble a small handle.
