Lambs Liver??? Never cooked it before!!

Basically liver is my husbands fave so as a treat I got it for the first time ever today (he usually only get's it at his mum's) How on earth do I go about cooking it? The meal is for him, me (if I like it!) and my son age 2.5. Thanking you kindly in advance!

Lambs Fry!! Cook it with bacon and onions. Serve with mash potato and gravy. I am drooling over the keyboard thinking about it.

There are lots of differnt ways to cook it so I suggest google to find one that appeals to you.

ooh one of my all time favs but sadly it's the one dish that dcs refuse to eat so i rarely have it
would advise slicing the liver quite finely and only really searing it as you can add stock to the pan and the liver can finish cooking in the gravy with the bacon and onions

If it isn't too late - soak it for a bit in some milk (removes the biterness) and take off the hard outer skin and fry .... yummy!!

to those that kindly replied, i cooked the liver, he liked it, DS was a bit unsure and I hated it. That is the end of the liver experiment in our house!
