DH, who does try, bless him, brought home a pack of pre-cooked, shelled mussels.
They have to be used today.
What can I do with them? I had ideas of some sort of seafood chowder, using prawns and some fish I already have in the freezer. However, there's just too many mussels for this, I'd have to make restaurant quantities and there's only DH & I to eat it as the DCs won't be interested.
Any thoughts?
